This service is used to request IT assistance for in-class exams requiring secure testing software and reliable network connectivity. Support includes helping ensure students can access and use tools such as a LockDown Browser, connect to the campus network, and resolve access issues during testing sessions.

IT staff can assist with troubleshooting student login issues, network connectivity problems, and exam launch failures, as well as providing guidance to help ensure a smooth testing experience.
