Overview

Use this service to request help with with your email or calendar. You can request help with the following and you can still submit a ticket if your issue isn't listed:

  • Configuring an email program (e.g. Outlook)
  • Calendar issues or assistance
  • Using or managing email
  • Not receiving email and/or email is missing from inbox
  • Updating my password in my email program
  • Other request (include details)
