Initial Chatham Account Login
Overview
Step by Step Instructions for logging into your Chatham account for the first time.
You should have received an email from Chatham (‘ITS Account Mailer for Deposit/Deposit Conditional/Deposit Waived’) with your Chatham username and password and a link to take you to Office.com to set up your account for the first time. This would have been sent to your alternate (personal – whatever email you gave Chatham to apply) email address on record. If you cannot find it, please look in your alternate email’s inbox (focused and other tabs), junk or spam, and deleted folders for the email. If you still can’t find it, please contact 412-365-1112. IT Support Services can help you determine if you have an account and need password help or guidance or if you don’t have an account yet and need to start the steps for account creation.
Instructions
**PRO TIP: If you are using several Microsoft accounts from several different schools or organizations, a good practice is to use a different browser for each account you must be in (example: Use Google Chrome for everything Chatham – Use FireFox for everything Work related – Use Edge or Safari for everything UPMC, etc.). That way, you do not have to keep logging out of one account to log into another, which can become very confusing and cause unnecessary errors and mistakes.
