Why use this service?
Use this service to report suspected fraudulent student accounts or suspicious student activity. This request should be submitted by faculty or staff who observe behavior that may indicate a non-legitimate or compromised student account.
Examples of suspicious activity may include:
- Newly created student accounts with no login activity
- Repeated password reset requests or calls shortly after account creation
- Lack of coursework submission or class participation
- Enrollment behavior inconsistent with normal student activity
- Suspicious communication patterns or account usage
- Any other activity that raises concern about the legitimacy of the account
Reports submitted through this service will be reviewed by the appropriate administrative and IT/security teams for investigation and follow-up.
Please include as much relevant information as possible, such as:
- Student name and ID
- Course information
- Description of observed behavior
- Dates/times of activity
- Supporting screenshots or documentation, if available
