Installing Adobe Creative Cloud
If you need access to Adobe and related apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc please place a ticket in with Help Desk at https://services.chatham.edu/ .
Our team can grant you access to Adobe and create an account that can be used with Adobe’s Creative Cloud (CC) App. Once you have been granted access, please follow the steps below.
1. Download the CC App located here. https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html
2. Once installed, locate, and run the CC App.
3. Once the CC app is opened you will be prompted to log in. The log in name will be your full Chatham email address. Then click Continue.
On the next screen you will be prompted to enter your password. This password is not linked to your my.chatham and is only for Adobe. If you had forgotten this password, please click Reset your password. Help Desk does not have access to reset Adobe account passwords.
4. Once logged in, click on All apps on the left of the CC app. Then locate the apps you would like to install. Click Install.
A pop up will then appear in the top right of the CC app showing the progress of the install. Once installed you can open from the CC app, or Windows Start Menu.
