The Adobe Creative Suite can be accessed through single-sign-on (SSO) using your Chatham credentials. This sign-in process must be done on your computer and will not work by simply trying to sign in to adobe.com
If you are already logged into Adobe, but the license says it is expired...
Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud application on your computer, click on the small icon in the top right corner, and select Sign Out. Then proceed to Step 2 of this tutorial.
1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application on your computer.
2. Enter your Chatham email address (exampleemail@chatham.edu) where it prompts for that.
3. When prompted, select Company or School Account
4. The next step will require you to follow Chatham's login process using your Chatham credentials and preferred Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method.
Once the final step is completed, Creative Cloud should load and you should be able to close it and open any of the Adobe Creative Suite products that you have loaded on your computer.
