The FollowMe printer should now be an option (Destination) when you print something - You may have to select 'See more...' and then select 'FollowMe  All Chatham Printers' the first time you print - but it should show as default after that:

The first time you print you will be prompted to enter your Chatham log in and password on your MacBook.  Do not use your MacBook login and password if it is separate/different from your Chatham log in. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

When you print using FollowMe, your Print Job will go into a general (cloud-type) print queue, and you should be able to go to any printer on the Shadyside, Eastside, or Eden Hall campuses to release and print your Print Job by scanning your Chatham ID or using the printer's onscreen keyboard to input your Chatham user name and password .   **Note: Print Jobs will Expire after sitting for 2 Hours in the queue**

When you first scan your Chatham ID at the printer, you will be prompted to enter your Chatham log in and password (Associate Your ID for Followme Printing) .  This first print is important to link your Chatham Print Quota to your Chatham ID Card. (Note: If you are running low or exceed your default print quota, please visit the Chatham Post Office to add additional prints to your PaperCut Quota - Here is a link to the Knowledge Base article discussing Print Job Allotment and adding additional prints). After the initial link/association between your Student ID and a printer (you will not have to associate with every printer, just the very first time you print), you should then be able to simply scan your Chatham ID at the printer to release and print any future Print Jobs.
