IT Support Services offers several pieces of technology that can help enhance your campus event. In order to help your event run smoothly, please plan and communicate with us early. By submitting this form, you can reserve the technology you need for your event. Please remember that projection screens as well as any event furniture (tables, chairs, podiums) need to be ordered through Facilities.

Click the “Services” tab near the top left of the page.

Click the Digital Equipment Request link from the list of services available.
STEP FOUR
Click the link “Digital Equipment Request Form”
STEP FIVE
Click the “Submit Request Form” button in the menu on the right-hand side of the screen.
STEP SIX
Complete the Digital Equipment Request Form with the information about your event and technology needs.
