"Your Attendees Are Waiting" Email Notification

Zoom hosts can receive an email notifications if participants have joined the meeting before the host has. The notification email will prompt the host to join the meeting.

1. Sign in to the https://chatham.zoom.us/
2. Click Account Management > Account Settings (if you are an account administrator) or Settings (if you are an account member).
3. Navigate to the When attendees join meeting before host setting in the Meeting tab and click the toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, choose Turn On to verify the change.
   
   Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the Group or Account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator to turn on the email notifications.
